Right after I commented on your post, I read Narelle Hanratty’s post (http://solidgoldcreativity.com/2013/09/20/ode-to-friday-21/) about holding on to loneliness and pain. Read the comments, too. It’s a useful perspective: rather than throwing ourselves to the ground and waiting for the sandstorm to pass, we can nurture the pain.
