My Pecha Kucha Night Vol. One Presentation

The first volume of Pecha Kucha Night Kuwait was held at the Dar Al Athar Al-Islamiyah (DAI) on March 11, 2009. I am posting it today because I just discovered how to upload videos onto my blog. I don’t like watching this video for two reasons: the first is that I don’t generally enjoy watching myself in videos. Secondly, it haunts me that I forgot how many dimensions actually exist in this world (well, the ones we know of anyway). It’s all so confusing. If you don’t enjoy the video, just wait for the blunder and that should provide some guffaws.

It’s been a bittersweet week of hellos and goodbyes. First Um Kulthum and now Ophelia. I didn’t have much time with Um Kulthum so the farewell wasn’t so bad. This one, however. Last Friday I had some friends over to see Um Kulthum. This was very important to me because I felt that people had to see her in real life before she went to her new home (where I’m sure she’ll get further exposure).
